ClearBridge Operating Solutions is driven by its founder, Matthew Gilbert, operating out of Torrington, Connecticut.

Matthew built his operational foundation over 15 years inside the enterprise industrial distribution landscape. Having run operations at a converting company and managed enterprise accounts at MSC Industrial, he’s spent his career at the exact friction point where digital systems meet physical shop floor work. He’s been on both sides of the distribution table and inside enough operations to know where the real money is being lost.
